Wetzel Construction LLC collects personal information (Name, Address, Phone, Email) solely for the purpose of project estimation, permitting, and scheduling. We do not sell, share, or trade your personal information with third-party marketers or advertisers.

• Site Data: Property addresses, utility markings (Diggers Hotline info), and site measurements.
• Payment Info: Billing details for deposits and final project payments.
• Media: Photos of the work site "Before, During, and After" for quality control and portfolio use.

We only share your information with parties essential to completing your flatwork:

• Ready-Mix Suppliers: For delivery of concrete to your specific job site.
• Sub-Contractors: (e.g., Excavators or Saw-Cutters) only if required for your specific project.
• Municipalities: For necessary building or occupancy permits.

We take pride in our finish. We may use photos of your new driveway or patio for our social media or website. We will never include your house number, street name, or personal property (vehicles/family) in these photos without your express permission.

• The "Crack" Disclaimer: Concrete is subject to shrinkage and thermal expansion. While we use industry-standard reinforcement (rebar/mesh) and control joints, Wetzel Construction LLC does not guarantee against cracking.
• Sub-Grade & Utilities: Client is responsible for disclosing the location of private underground lines (sprinklers, dog fences, private power). Wetzel Construction is not liable for damage to unmarked private lines.
• Weather & Curing: Concrete pouring is weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule for rain or extreme temperatures. Client is responsible for keeping people, pets, and vehicles off the fresh pour for the duration of the curing period (usually 7 days for vehicles).
• Payment: A 50% deposit is required before we start. The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the pour and saw-cutting.
