Helpful hints that may or may not pertain to your project to make the project go smooth:

Utilities
- Call 811 for diggers hotline if possible utilities within 20' of work area (10 days before start date) https://www.weca.coop/811-diggers-hotline

Private underground utilities:
- Mark or make us aware of any known private underground utilities:
Lawn irrigation systems
Line voltage (120-volt) landscape lighting systems
Low-voltage landscape lighting wires
Electrical conduits or underground cables running to pools and spas or to buried septic tanks

Other:
- Parked vehicles down the road on the same side
- Have the area cleared out

What to expect next:
An automated email approximately 1 to 2 weeks before we start.
If smaller job Andrew will contact you with as much notice as possible.

Helpful hints for your concrete:
- Stay off concrete for 7 days unless advised differently by Wetzel Construction LLC
- Avoid using salt, especially in the first year (safety first). Sand is a good alternative
- Use Dawn dish soap for any oil stains
- Use a plastic shovel on stamped concrete
